Leah Fortin

Leah brings 8 years of experience to her chair, but a lifetime of passion to create beauty.

Joining Robert Jason Salon in 2006, Leah has continued looking for different ways to advance and further her career by constantly challenging her craft. She has attended continuous education with top educators such as TONI & GUY, Redken, GHD, Matrix, Aquage, Paul Mitchel, Bumble and Bumble, and Nick Arrojo.

In addition to being a Certified Joico colorist, Leah has advanced training in color correction. As a professional, she aims for trust, confidence, and satisfaction every time.















 



Helen Hodges

In 2006 Helen joined the Robert Jason Salon team. Training under owner Robert Caggiano for a year she was able to enhance and broaden her talent by watching his work in advanced coloring and cutting techniques and learning to implement impeccable finish work. As her career progresses Helen believes continuous education is essential to stay up to date with the latest trends to produce fashion forward styles and to execute the clients needs.

Cindy Boniface

Cindy has been in the hair industry for 20 years. Her focus is in customer care and satisfaction. Having a connection with each and every client is her priority.

Cindy's educational experiences include many advanced classes and seminars. Among them are; Paul Mitchell Las Vegas, Toni & Guy NYC and Graham Webb DC. Formal work with both Kevin Murphy and The Chadwicks, advanced cutting with Robert Cromeans and a Colorist Certification with Joico.















 



Robert Caggiano

His distinctive approach displays a delicate balance between business, art, and his passion for the industry. Committed to customer service, Robert truly connects with his clients, providing personal consultations that satisfy and evolve with his client's changing needs.

Robert travels extensively to train with leading educators, for example: PIVOT POINT INTERNATIONAL CHICAGO, PAUL MITCHELL LAS VEGAS, GRAHAM & WEBB INTERNATIONAL WASHINGTON D.C., CUTLER SALONS NYC, ARROJO ACADEMY NYC, DAVID NICHOLAS BOSTON, REDKEN FIFTH AVE NYC, TONY & GUY NYC, returning to Andover with the goal of shaping the latest inspirations into looks and styles that leave a lasting impression with his peers, staff, and most importantly, his clients.















 



Stefanie Fillipon

Stef began her career as a stylist assistant. After graduating from Blaine Hair and Beauty she continued her training under senior stylist, Robert Caggiano. Through his mentorship, she further developed her clinical skills and product knowledge, while also learning about the importance of understanding client’s needs, and delivering quality customer service. Stef holds advanced certifications in cutting, coloring, formal hair styling, and color correction from Joico, Redken, Toni and Guy, Paul Mitchell, and Cutler Salon in New York City and editorial styling workshop Arrojo, NYC. In April of 2006, she joined Robert Jason Salon.

Stef’s hobbies include traveling to the Caribbean, time with family and friends, and being a new mom. "I enjoy helping clients explore options as to how they look and feel. My work at the salon is a very special part of my life. I love what I do."
